Unsure I liked the design, I decided to take a chance and ordered it. The dress is pretty with the blue roses really standing out against the black background. After reading a few reviews on this style, a number stated to go down a size. Taking this advice, rather than ordering a UK size 12 as I normally would to be comfortable across the chest, I ordered a UK size 10. The reviews were right. It fit perfectly. The dress can be worn with a petticoat, although I choose not to.

I love the Ohlson range of skirts, and cannot wait for more to become available. The pattern on this one is so different. It is actually looks better in real life, which is always a good thing. A perfect fit (UK size 10), it also has the added bonus of having pockets. It truly is a lovely skirt.

Considering I dislike polyester, this top has a more satin feel to it. Fabulous pattern, and the cut is so flattering. It is a definitely a must have. Light to wear, it could be worn to work, or on a casual night out with friends, with jeans or a pencil skirt. Personally, I wear the latter. I opted for a UK size 12, which was the right choice as there is no stretch. I really hope Lindy Bop comes out with more patterns/colours in this top. I know I will be getting more if they do.

As soon as I saw this dress, I knew I had to have it, and was really pleased to see it was in the sale. The initial description stated it was 95% cotton, 5% elastane which is the composition I usually go for. However, I was very disappointed when it arrived. The fabric was actually polyester, not cotton as previously stated. I tend to find this fabric looks a bit shabby after a few washes, and I do not like the feel of it, so unfortunately, it had to be returned.
