This cute top is a very comfortable soft, stretch material. An off shoulder cut with three-quarter length sleeves, this top has a classic Bardot neckline. I did find it quite difficult to team it up with a skirt due to its colour. In my opinion, it doesn’t quite go with black, red nor navy (the colour skirts I’ve tried it with), but it’s perfect for a casual look and goes nicely with jeans.

This is a beautiful wide flared skirt. Vibrant in colour, the fabric is nice and light. Perfect for summer. It’s lined and has good sized pockets which sits on the front. One downfall; the waistband. There is no stretch, so it very snug. I solve this problem by wearing a corset.

Light cotton, this 1950’s vintage inspired blouse is very comfortable. I purchased a UK 12, which is slightly too big (perhaps due to the cut), but it does have a ‘bow’ to the front which solves the issue for me. It teams beautifully with a pencil skirt, if one wishes to wear it to the office. Alternatively, it also goes well with jeans if one is after a more casual look. Lovely staple for any wardrobe/closet.
This Doris Skirt is American made, and features a chic full swing cut, following the style of the 1950’s. Beautiful bright colours and pattern, the skirt has a nipped in waistband and comes with a wide vinyl belt. Can be worn with or without a petticoat. I will say, the waist comes up rather small, so it may be a good idea to go up a size.

After much debate, I decided to purchase this skirt, but it had sold out. It came back in stock, so I did not hesitate to place an order. The skirt was quite pretty and fit well, but unfortunately, I had to send it back due to it being made so poorly – namely, one pocket being bigger than the other. You could only put the tip of your fingers in one, whilst your whole hand could fit in the other. Disappointed.

This skirt is beautiful! The quality and feel of the fabric is lovely, and the cut is perfect. Not to mention the colour is divine. With a high, wide waistband and a ‘split’ at the back, this item really pulls off the 1950’s vintage style look well. I complete the look with a black top and seamed stockings.
